Uh the motor toown Gulf pre last week being the Kuwait Gulf Prix this week we’re on to the motortown gulf Prix and very soon indeed we’ll be off to qar for the guar Gulf Prix in just under a month’s time that’s the 14th 15th and 16th of uh March down in

Qatar and I’m sure everybody will joining us then but for now we’re here for the race and for the race we have Luca Filipe Luca suoman zenfari starting on poll position alongside him kov curl and Petrovic Andre what is going to happen coming down to turn one and is

There going to be an overtake at turn one 1 a or 1 B yeah so um the the the start will be crucial as usual but um still uh in one and two um yeah like you say one and 1 a the drivers they have opportunity both to stay on

The outside and on the inside because uh even if you are on the outside then you are in the inside for the the turn after so we could have like potentially like a side by side first section of the truck yes indeed I mean we’ve seen that a few

Times already we saw three wide through turn 1B on more than one occasion but before we get to another round of thrilling racing let’s have a quick run through the championship standings in first position as it stands before the beginning of this race we have Solomon

Zenfari in the orange number 52 car he has 44 points that’s 1.5 point lead over fedrico Al Rafi his primary rival in the white number 10 car driving for UAE sagger almur rounds out the top three positions in the blue number five car with 42 points for Kuwait just behind

Them we have Andre Petrovic and ham alabasi Andre driving for Serbia having a fantastic outing last time here at the Kuwait motor town he has secured 40 points for Serbia just ahead of ham Al Cab’s 37.5 points kurl kov in sixth position with 37 points I mean the top five

People here at the moment separated by just under seven points then we have Omar alderin in seven fisel alamani in eighth Abdullah alabasi in ninth and Oscar WS in 10th position Oscar having an unfortunate week last time here at the Kuwait motor Town due to a few on

Track incidents but this time around he’s up in there ready to fight starting in fourth position for this the first race of the weekend and let’s head down to the pit lanane now with marchelo Basi to have a quick word with all the drivers before the beginning of the session Saudi Arabia here

Are is obviously brief technical issue there with marello because he doesn’t sound that good in real life I can tell you that much indeed but uh not to worry because you have Luca fipe and uh I here to entertain you and to do that we shall Luca let’s talk tires because I haven’t

Asked you about them yet this weekend coming off of qualifying we saw most people seem to do two different runs on uh on both of their sets of tires how does that position people for race one and they’re going to be looking at a more heavily used set in race one or

They and maintain their less heavly use set for race four or what would you favor H you know we will see um quite different strategies uh especially for the reverse grid races while uh for this race all of them they will have uh generally fresh tires some of them will

Have uh only two three Laps on them maybe some 5 six which is still not so different so regarding this race we will start all in uh equal terms uh from both the tires and so on and and also from the starting uh grid point of view it’s

Done by the fastest laping qualifying so this is a let’s say a typical traditional race one where you just uh start in uh all equal terms uh just depending on your performances coming from uh from the qualifying and uh I have to say that it has been phenomenal

The the fight that we have seen and how tight was the field from po position up to p8 I would say within few T of the second that has been uh amazing to see that you know the driver in position eight he was only uh less than half a

Second away from po position in a more than 2 minute long circuit with 20 corners and uh that have made the challenge even tougher so I would say that it would be nice to see maybe a bit of a pack action at the beginning of the

Race and uh it’s going to be fun I think it will indeed and we see kov Krill in second position here for the first race and uh he’s really seems to have come to life this second weekend of the championship do you uh do do you think

He’s going to make a move up into turn one because I certainly do yeah I mean kill he wants to win from the mentality point of view is a winner I’m not sure if it’s that he wants to win I think he he needs to win I think he can’t sleep

At night when he doesn’t win probably yes because the the guy he is is like very competitive and uh also this is what we expect from a world champion he is a carting world champion and uh you know he I think he wakes up in the morning that anything after P1 is not

Making him happy sometimes even P1 is not uh is not good enough for him so yeah definitely I think he had a very positive morning and just joking apart he was very pleased with this qualifying and um yeah I mean is uh is starting this weekend uh I would say on the right

Foot and um on the left side of the grid though is that going to make a difference uh I think uh still you know from the point of view of the starting uh we have seen that starting both side is is still fine it’s just a matter of

Having a quick reaction and a good uh and a good start because some of them they are more experience in the starting some of them a bit less so this is going to play a bit of a role and what about Andre Petrovic starting in third position Andre he had such an amazing

Qualifying and uh he will start in P2 also in the the fourth race and he like the circuit the circuit is fantastic like we see is uh 4.6 km 20 Corners we have turn one 1 a 1B chican and a very long straight that adds into this

Breaking point in two and then a very fast and twisty section that is really tricky uh we go single fire here normally and then a very long right Ender that goes from 12 13 to 15 and then 18 and 19 very quick left Enders that goes into the final Corner

Which is a potential overtaking opportunity into 20 so this is making uh 5.6 km the longest layout out of this International circuit really nice in Kuwait with elevation changes and uh different driv and techniques along the circuit yes indeed let’s have a quick run through the starting grid now as

We’ve said already Solomon zenfari Kil K kov and Andre Petrovic are starting first second and third here in the first race of the weekend they are joined on by Oscar wz who rounds out the second row of the grid Oscar driving for Austria in the white number 11 car just

Behind them in fifth and sixth position respectively we have Sager al- mes and ham Al kabasi ahead of Fredo Al Rafi and Omar Al Duran FIS Al cabani and Laura villz round out the top 10 positions while Jano bario and Abdullah alabasi stting 11th and 12th and abdulaziz Abu zanada and Jabor arani

Starting 13th and 14th respectively and at 15th on the grid of course is ham alabasi who unfortunately can’t join us this weekend as she’s with all the F1 drivers over in Las Vegas for a very important event indeed as you can see ladies and gentlemen all the cars on

Track now this would be the sighting lap we’re going to go around the track one time and stop on the grid once they stop on the grid there’ll be a 5-second board displayed and the lights will go green when the lights go green all the cars

Will go around one more time for their formation lap once the car stop on the grid at the end of the formation up there’ll be a 5sec Bo displayed all five lights will go on and as they extinguish we will be underway Luca fipy coming around here now turn 19 we can see

Solomon xanfar is quite far ahead of the rest of the pack if I’m not mistaken is that going to cause him any issues sitting on the grid for so long all alone by himself um yeah I mean normally uh you just want to um push and um warm the

Tire as quick as possible which is what we did sorry what he did um normally when you have that situation then you slow down just before the final corner to pack up uh the group a little bit and uh I don’t know why K is um is a you

Know going a little bit slower and not keeping the pace but this is just like you say the reconnaissance lap sighting lap so it’s um it is not like the formation lab where you have to follow necessarily you know the the leader space so it’s not ideal yeah for suan to

To stay a bit longer on the grid but it’s also not a problem uh so from this point of view I will probably just uh advise him for the next time starts on poll just to make sure before the end of the lap it just slows down a little bit

More to pck up and to have the group more more compacted together and is there actually an FIA guideline on that do you have to stay I mean on a formation of sighting lap do you have to stay within sight of the leader or can second place purposely

Back people up or how does that work so you’re now making like a complicated question uh but to be honest in there is one in the formation lab MH definitely uh but in the reconnaissance lab which is the lab we just had uh I don’t believe so so I I believe uh it’s

More of a guideline that we are giving to the driver and uh potentially tonight it’s like one of those point that we will just ask the driver to to make sure we can be more compacted that Def and this is something that uh can be done

Better between the leader and the guy in second but uh yeah I will I will go deeper into this question definitely but well we do have a slightly different startop procedure because we don’t stop on the grid like F1 and other championships so our sighting you know

Normally a sighting lap after that you’d stop on the grid and you get and switch off the engine and you can also have like random uh positions in in a sighting lap like for example in a Formula 2 or Formula 3 uh during Formula 1 races so

In this situation we have uh our own procedure which you know uh it just at least compacted the whole uh proc process yes of course and similarly as well if there’s a red flag we don’t go back to stop on the grid we just come back into the pit Lane get everything

Ready to go again and start the whole procedure from the beginning it sometimes I have to say uh that is also a bit of a uh you know it’s a bit of a nerve fight between the two guys in the first row in order to maybe just try and do

Something different than the other driver is thinking so so just to try and um and uh I don’t know how to say just making an unexpected move even before the start just to try and distract him I don’t know you know sometimes uh we see this sometimes it’s more often sometimes

Less still there is a bit of a longer gap uh in this situation but um I’m sure that now the will will slow down and compact now Kil also is speeding up to rejoin uh the leader yes indeed and let’s talk grid grid positioning or box positioning is

There an ideal uh angle you want the cars to be facing at this particular circuit or because the the straightaway is so long is does it not really matter because you see in F1 sometimes they’re almost at 45 Dees coming out of their boxes so uh you know definitely as a

Guideline for sure um even if you are pointing a little one way or the other still um you have to make sure that um the front or the rear of the car it doesn’t get uh off uh the the size and the width of of your box which is

Painted on on the asphalt first thing and second thing definitely it is uh better to start normally on the on the on the outside just because generally it’s the clean side of the circuit so the clean side is where the racing line is and in this case is on our right hand

Side um but we haven’t seen measure differences in between the grip right to left um Norm you also want to be on the inside for the first corner just to take the racing line and to make sure you are safer on the inside just in case somebody goes wide but uh like we

Discussed before in this specific layout that you have uh then uh one a one B right after with a changing of Direction sometimes being on the outside we’ have seen it pays off well coming down the back straight now so any moment will be underway you can see of course all the cars

Proceeding to their grid boxes and all of their mechanics looking on ready to do anything that they might need to do to give their driver every advantage of winning the race fisel Al kabani there in the silver number seven car I do love the look at that car and he seems to

Love it as well cuz he’s warming up quite aggressively I’m sure he’s got a lot to prove here this weekend just ahead of him you can see the yellow car is coming Patriot as well Omar Al Alani Omar had a good qualifying but at the last minute was pushed down the order

Just a little bit not to worry though folks he’s going to find his way back up as soon as he can as he’s just taking his position on the grid as you can see all the cars coming to AR rest now inside of their G their grid positions I

Believe that’s the last car just joining us at the back of the Grid in just a moment you’ll see all five lights go on one 2 3 4 five are on and as they go out we are underway and it looks like a very very very good start for the man on the

Left hand side of the over the right hand side of the track left hand side of your screen as we go three wide down into turn one looks like they had to back off already to give space and allow the procession to continue through 1 a

And 1 B everybody seems to have gotten away clearly that is fantastic news for everyone here this weekend but there’s a big fight going on between the light blue white red and silver cars for second position is Omar aled Alani must have been listening to me cuz he’s going

To make a move up the outside of kill kov at turn two as a big lock up from Laura Villas I believe in the background there Omar fantastic move there indeed in the yellow car going around the outside of turn two to take the kikan driver and looks like he’s going to seal

The deal coming down through three four and five as we now proceed through the sweeping left-hander of turn six with Omar Alid alderan up one position on top of I believe that is uh Sager almash she overtook coming around turn seven now you can see a bit of a wide line from

Solomon and fari who got away very well at the start of the race Luca anything to add did you see any uh any action that we missed on screen fantastic star from Oscar woods from uh P4 into P2 so he had a fantastic reaction at the start

So he was able to go at the inside and maintain the second position and then defend into uh turn two so great job from Oscar that is starting uh very well uh this uh first race of the weekend and zamari did everything perfect and is

Already trying to um get a little bit of a gap because you know the slipstream the toe if you are behind definitely helps you but uh if you can uh just uh keep this distance then is able not to give too much at advantage to Oscar Woods which is in second and Petrovic

Good job in maintaining the third position there but I don’t know what happened to kill kusov how he ended so far back down on the GD he must have gotten way badly and he’s but he’s making up for it now as he just made a move around the outside at turn 20 on

Omar aled Alani to take back his position that Omar took from him on the outside of turn two at the beginning of this lap coming down now the main straight into turn one 1 a and 1 B let’s have a look here ladies and gentlemen can anybody make a move not quite this

Time around a little bit too far back off but it looks like there’s going to be a nice slip stream down into turn two and we may have a move here there may be a dive to the right hand side of your screens in any moment from the white

Number 10 car Fredo alfi I believe is going to make a move up on the the the blue number five of Sager Alm Al Ki Racing for Kuwait here this weekend coming through turn two down up over the crest down into the Carousel of three four and five Fredo still behind the

Number five car of Sager Alm Al Kaji let’s have a quick quick run through the order now as there’s been a lot of changes on screen Solomon andf far still leads the race ahead of Oscar warts Andre Petrovic and Sager Alm Fredo Al raive in P5 ahead of kril kov and Omar

Alani coming down through the flat out section of 8 9 10 and 11 now you can see Solomon Zant fari has started to pull away a little bit indeed he set a best personal best sector one of 34 131 and the best overall sector 2 of 43 425 as

They come down into the right hand uh right hand section of the track looks like someone went very wide indeed coming out of turn 12 back onto the front of the grid let’s have a look here this is the continuing Battle of Sager Alm in the light blue number five car

Fighting for third position with Andre Petrovic Andre pic had a good start starting from P3 maintained his position Oscar wz though fantastic start as Luc has already pointed out Oscar has moved up to a three three positions from his starting place and has to start challenging now Solomon zanar for the

Lead of the race Oscar doing a 34 dead in sector 1 a 30 43.9 in sector 2 he’s 111th up in sector 1 but uh 510 down in sector 2 sector 3 however Oscar has gained another second another 10th of a second back so indeed there is a fight

Going on here for First Position ladies and gentlemen as we come across the starting grid now in any moment let’s have an updated uh positions Solomon and Oscar wz Andre Petrovic Sager Alm and Fredo alrai we come out through 1B now you can see The Possession behind the

Red number 49 of the Serbian driver Andre Petrovic is lengthening as serer almash fro Al rafar and Kil kov all battle for a third position Andre Petrovic might be able to make best use of this uh action behind him to try and catch up to Oscar warts and Lea frog his

Way into the lead of the race I’m sure that’s exactly what he has on my to do in fact he’s doing exactly that with a 203 273 he’s less than two uh 210 of a second slower than the leader of the race as we come around the sweeping

Left-hander of turn six at the moment back into the pit Lane just briefly we can see here the Marshal the engineers all looking on getting ready to prepare the cars for the next race tomorrow morning onto the on track action though we can see zoman xandari just coming

Into the right-handed section of the track turns 12 13 14 15 and 16 as we come around now you can see the gap between Oscar ws and Solan zenfari seems to be closing just slly the Gap as it stands at the beginning of the of the lap was a

2718 and uh Oscar seems to have done a very good first sector 9/10 of a second uh sorry one0 less than 11/10 of a second slower than solman zenfari on track action at the moment ladies and gentlemen between the yellow number 18 and the and the uh I can’t quite make

That out it’s the purple number eight of amda alabasi amda alabasi trying to make a move on the Saudi Arabian driver in front of her Omar Al alanian may do exactly that down into the last corner of the track in just a moment but on screen at the moment you can see that

There is significant fight going on for fourth position looks like there’s going to be a little bit of a dive can she make a move no she decides against it she holds in there looks like she got much more momentum through the corner may be able to carry more speed may make

A move coming down into turn one but look at this possession coming down into turn one now folks yeah so amda she didn’t have a very good start so she was behind the face kabani and uh now FAL he had a bit of a moment so he lost quite a lot of

Ground so he’s now down to P1 we’ve seen him going wide in turn 15 in the previous lap and now Amash is really close to Omar now fighting they are losing a little bit of uh of time compared to the group right in front now andash is looking in the inside and uh

Definitely they have the same pace of the the group in the front but maybe fighting they are losing a little bit of time time yes she has a look there decides again she decides to tuck back in cuts the cner very very nicely there through turn three four and five before

We proceed to this sweeping left-hander I love this sweeping Corner six that’s fantastic and then you switch back onto turn seven and and then into the the long flat out snake of uh uh 9 10 and 11 before the right-handed sections of 12 13 14 and 15 looks to me like Solomon

Zanar is pulling out a bit of a lead on Oscar wz as well three .21 seconds the Gap at the beginning of this lap 2.7 seconds the Gap last time around but Oscar wz just sets his personal best first sector and personal best second sector although it’s not quite enough

Second sector is 3/10 down on the Le leader at the moment on screen now kill kotov in the light blue number 23 is battling with the man in front of him that would be Fredrico Al Rafi in the white number 10 car and the whole possession indeed Sager almur and Andre

Petrovic included are fighting for P3 the gap between P3 P4 P5 is under 6 seconds at the moment and they are all setting green sector after green sector in this battle for the last step of the podium can however aham alabi make something interesting happen here at

Turn 20 looks like she’s a bit squirly on the breaking not quite as close to the rear end of that yellow car in front of her as she was on the last lap so she may not be able to make a move coming down into turn one we’ve heard before

From Luca flep that perhaps the best place to overt track overtake on the on the track is turn 20 so that may be the concept that ham alabasi is following she may duck down beside or inside or behind of the yellow car in front of her

And just save pace and save the save the moment for the right moment and oh she may make a move here coming into turn two hopefully that’s what we’ll see now she’s really close there we go she has a look and decides against it she’s going to hide back in behind Omar Al

Alan come around turn two up over the crest of the Hill down into three four and five the carousel as they call it here at Kuwait modan really really is a beautiful section of the track sweeping around left hand looks like she got out of the carousel very well indeed she do

Seemed to hold it a bit tighter through turn six though LCA what’s the right line through there nice and tight or all the way to the outside so um yeah it’s one of those Corners where you have the option and there isn’t really a faster line uh my preference is this slightly

Tighter and trying to do a little bit of a shorter distance but just in case you need also a little lift instead of staying flat out all the way in order not to try and in order to try and save a little bit the life of uh of the tire

But uh we have seen different lines but when you have also somebody closed uh if you open too much the door then you can also leave the space for an inside move at the entry of uh turn six yes indeed as we come around the second last Corner

The penultimate corner of the track here with kill kutco on screen you can see San zenf fary is pulling out a slight lead of about 3/10 of a second every lap while the red number 49 is still holding in there ahead of the blue number five of the Kuai driver sagger almers it’s

Come down the main straight now across the start Finish Line let’s have a look at the gap between the drivers uh Andre Petrovic is a 203 421 and sagma 203 273 that’s a 2/10 of a second gap between third and fourth position with the favor

In with the favor in the in the driver behind him the Kuwaiti driver the Sager almur driver of the number five the light blue car on screen just behind the red car you can see there at the front of the screen ladies and gentlemen we have sag ales he’s going to be looking

For a move very soon indeed he’s as close as you possibly could be to the car in front of you and we may see a move or we may not but we’re definitely seeing a move at the moment between ham alabes and Omar Al alderan as ham goes

Up the inside at turn two looks like she didn’t carry quite as much speed as Omar who might try to make a move back follows her very nicely through the carousel can he make a move up the inside dot turn six no not quite we’ve seen it happen before but the speed

Difference a little bit too significant this time as hamda closes the door through turn six and continues through turn seven to fight her way up the grid as much as she can let’s have a quick replay of that action now and here we are that’s the red number 49

Fighting to defend his position but on track the action is the purple number eight car having to look up the inside at turn two and Omar aled Alani and she secures that position beautifully looks for a second like Omar might be able to fight back but isn’t quite managed to

Handle it as we come back to the live action now we can see what appears to be Solomon zenfari widening his lead at the front of the pack he’s got 3.8 second advantage over Oscar Woods at the moment Oscar doing green sector after green sector but not quite able to re in the

Driver in front him as I hear on track there may have been a collision between what looks like a red and a purple car that might be Laurel Laura Villas and Jean show proo it seems like everybody’s okay and they managed to continue racing folks so not a problem at all let’s

Focus on the on trct action of Andre Petrovic who is still holding on to his third position it’s been a hell of a race for Andre Petrovic he’s been under Fire from the cars behind him in fact four cars behind him from the very very first moment of the first lap of the

Race and become down into turn one now is there going to be a move made here between Saga almash and the red number 49 not quite Saga of course having to defend be from behind him as well but just behind him we have Fredrico Al Rafi

Fredrico Al Rafi in the white number 10 car right all over the back of Sager almash and it comes again and again and again and uh Sager just can’t quite find enough time uh while also trying to defend from Fredrico Al Rafi and it looks like there may be some move made

Here into turn two is anybody brave enough to make a dive up the inside of turn two on this the sixth lap of the race not quite and in fact sixth lap of the race Luka no no safety car so far it’s been a fantastic race yeah so now I

Think uh the the level is so high that uh they have such a similar Pace that is difficult for them to make a move because uh you know when you are just uh 110 or two t faster than the car in front is not easy to have enough

Momentum to overtake in fact we also see for example amda and Omar which have the exact same Pace as Petrovic Alm moeri alive and and kusco but they are not quite close enough in order to or faster than them in order to rejoin the group and uh so this means now starting

Position are very important or the tire management because from now on with four laps to go we could see some cars potentially having more drop off in terms of time compared to other and one more thing watch out the track limit because now number 23 kusov he’s got a

Track limit warning just a warning but it means you cannot do any more mistakes because on the next one he will have an automatic 5 Seconds penalty and of course we have uh our mechanic with a pit board it will be like shown that he

Has to look the TRU limits but from this point of view you know he has to focus and stay within the lines yes indeed and talking about lap times let’s have a look at the best lap times we got a 202 423 from Solomon zanar a

202 825 from Andre from Oscar WS a 202 963 from Andre Petrovic a 202 904 a 202 this at 202 that everybody’s so close together up there at the front of the pack Luca absolutely and um now we see the lap times that are going a little

Slower but uh some far made an amazing job in making a good Gap in the first few laps and Bs did the same I think he fell he had not quite the same speed at zamari just managed the distance to um to Petrovic behind him and now bz

Has 3 seconds Gap to Petrovic so 3 seconds Gap in front and the back so you should just you know think about his tire and his position while for Petrovic is different because he has to defend the posum position with three guys fast guys behind him with amda that is also

Trying to rejoin this little group and talking about tires is Andre using up all of his tires trying to keep these uh the speed demons behind him or is he going to be okay for the next race so uh Andre is one of those guys that uh

Did the qualifying with one one set of ties only and so if uh is using the same set from the qualifying in this race then he might have two three extra laps compared to other people so this could be a reason why now he a little bit

Struggling but um he exiting quite fast from turn 19 which is the turn that we just have seen that leads into this back back straight quite fast quite long and he not giving a chance to Sakira mosheri for the moment to to overtake so he’s doing well at defending even if uh his

Pace have dropped up a little bit now we are seeing a lap times in 204s from this group and talking about sa talking about the Kuwaiti driver he’s been up there behind uh behind Andre padovich from the first race from maybe even the third Corner been in the bad air behind him

The wholeway is he going to have to start working about t worrying about tires soon because he’s got to have to work a lot harder down down where he is cuz he’s going to have less down Force as I understand you know it’s uh it’s all about being sensitive with a steing

Wheel who watch out now we have seen you know a bit of a changing of Direction but still probably nothing has changed in this group with Saker really look how close he is coming down the carousel he wants this badly and fredero Al Rafi can smell a mistake

In the making and is right up it there waiting for it to happen so this group is really compacted and uh Amash is also trying to rejoin this group and uh Saker is now in the most difficult position because he wants to make a move but he also has federo

Behind which is you know fast driver and also a little experience compared to generally the rest of the group and now he has to look forward but also look into the mirror really close here now to Andre pic as they come around now on turns 12 13 14 about to switch back into

The final left-handed corners of the circuit you can see how close it is you can almost see the whites of their eyes as they come down the back straight now if there’s going to be a move made it’s going to be made very soon indeed two

Laps left to go in this the first race of the weekend what will the Kuwaiti driver of Sager almes have to show as he seems to have backed off a little bit or I should say he may have to be defending at the moment from fredero alrai who did

Start to have a little bit of a look but tucked back in behind the light blue car of sagur Al M the number five just before the beginning of the corner looks like they may be wanting all of the St possible and yes indeed that’s exactly what he’s doing has another quick look

On the outside that might have been hamda Al cabasi those was a little bit High to see from this angle as they come down through one 1 a and 1 B now you can see lead alderan is still in there as well trying to catch up to the pack and

Make a move and get back that position from Ham Al cabasi coming down now the second straight the side straight looks like Andre Petrovic is starting to try and break the slip stream as we can see them lead as we can see him lead them through turn two up over the crest of

The Hill down into three four and five the carousel as it’s called here at Kuwait motor Town look fer doesn’t seem like anybody’s able to make a move as you said so CL closely uh matched on track indeed they are but if it was you

In that train what would you do to try and break things up and it looks like somebody may have tried to do exactly that coming around the outside at turn six I believe that was Sagar Alm trying to make a move on the outside of turn

Six on the uh Serbian driver in the red number 45 just in front of him and maybe that’s the only thing you can do something absolutely crazy that the driver in front of you wouldn’t expect yeah so I think it will be crucial to stay close in this section

And then uh the very fast 19 Corner which is the second last you have to try and stay flood out even if the tire are trying to giving up this is the mistake that Saker did the previous lap so he lost ground to Andre in front and also

Federo Lo closer now federo had to close the line with Kil kusco very close so this is the fast Corner we are talking about you have to try and stay flat out and have a momentum in the exit and now we have ksco very close trying the outside to federo

Rive here we come down into the final corner here on the final lap you can see Solomon zenfari taking the win that’s not in doubt what’s in doubt is what’s happening just behind for position three is Andre Petrovic going to maintain the position he is indeed and as they come

Across the start Finish Line it is a fantastic race ladies and gentlemen we have Solomon zenfari coming out on top Oscar WS in second position Andre Petrovic in third position followed by Sager almash Fredo Al Rafi Kil kotov ham alabasi and um aled Alani fantastic race

There for Solomon Zan fari who in the end of it managed to pull out a 4.8 95 second Gap over the man in second position the Austrian Oscar WS who had a very difficult and trying weekend last uh last time out but managed to bring it

All back together of course the mar of a true driver managing to keep his head cool and bring every everything back next time he’s on track and we see another example of that with the number 96 car of jabber Alani managing to get things going by himself without any

Assistance from the marshals to complete the race and return to the pit Lane to fight again another day what a win from zamari I mean it’s played uh an amazing consistent uh Pace um Oscar also was really fast he had a bit of a drop Dr to the end I mean I

I I’m eager to understand if the libert decide just to maintain his tires and just uh save a bit of uh rubber for uh you know the next races because he was in a position not to fight for um a better place or even he had to defend so

He had to slow down a little bit while uh the fight for the podium was really intense not in terms of maybe overtaking maneuver but in terms of Rhythm Andre couldn’t really do any mistake uh and his defending was uh was really good even if uh his tires towards the end

Were giving up a little bit and scker you know uh he wanted the podium uh because he his home race he’s from Kuwait and definitely he had an opportunity there but uh he wasn’t the most difficult place when you have somebody in front defending and then somebody fast also behind you

And it was really intense with amda I think she had an amazing Pace but uh unfortunately she had not a great start and that definitely hurt as uh her um Podium finish uh aspirations so it’s Z far perfect weekend so far the fastest practice B position ition and uh amazing start

Amazing start and uh he pulled away and he had a a very clean uh win with a lot of speed so don’t take a risk now I mean you didn’t do didn’t take a risk for the race don’t do it now please safely jump down the car you know he really happy really

Pumped up and uh well deserved win he has shown really good pce here in Kuwait since we arrived uh it’s very focused very motivated and uh he definitely wants to win these races and um every time you make a PO position is never easy to to to take it home because

You have the pressure of the PO position so you’re are Happy on on one side but you know you have the ability and the opportunity to to have a good result so this uh uh gives you a little bit of extra pressure but in this case he did

Everything perfect and well deserved win Oscar so good for you you were able to turn around a very unlucky weekend from uh from the opening round of uh the formula 4 Saudi AR Arabia Championship last weekend here in Kuwait it was super unlucky for Oscar yes started the

Weekend at the top he crossed the line in P1 and unfortunately um that was the only lap that he was in inp1 for the rest of the weekend he had a bit of issues uh bad luck mistakes and whatsoever but uh very well that started for second position

And Andre Petrovic in third let’s hear from the drivers we are back with the first three driver of the formula 4 Saudi Arabia so we are here with Andre Petrovic a really consistent race another Podium for you in this Championship so good job but look like you were struggling a little

Bit at the end of the race could you uh explain us yeah after the qualifying I expected a little bit more I expected to be in a fight for the lead but uh to in last five laps of the race I really struggled on the tires I think I over

Hited them in the beginning try to push too hard but you know a Podium for the first race this week is not bad I think we’ll work on it in the next few race okay so good luck for the next races and the championship is still long so good luck

So so definitely happy Andre pic even if you are not anymore my friend really happy and uh he said that he didn’t uh have a perfect race but still happy with his Podium uh he wanted to fight for the win he couldn’t quite do it but uh is

Motivated anything can happen so this is the first race is where you is when you start from the classification from the qualifying everybody on Fresh tire so um we have seen all the drivers uh in more of a conventional starting positions so this is the classification with suan

Zari what a win from him domination today Oscar vs in seconds uh good starway weekend for Oscar and Andre Petrovic solid third place good defending sakera mosheri very close to the podium is very good uh at using the tires and driving clean so solid race for him as well Federico RI

Um he hasn’t display the speed that we know is capable of but P5 so good points for the Championship kir kusov unfortunately not a great start from him from the first throw and then since then it was difficult for him to um improve his position then amdal kubes super

Quick super quick but again also for her not a great start unfortunately so down in p7 Omar Daran he also had the same pace of uh the group from Petrovic to Omar but uh he he couldn’t quite improve his position but he will be a contender

For the reverse GD for sure FAL cabani we have seen he had a mistake and in P9 and P10 for Wan Cho bro so good for him to be in P10 Jabor Alani 11 uh so welcome back Jabor and then 12 for Abdullah kui 13 for abdulaziz abada and then Amna kues that

Unfortunately she’s not here this weekend go marello here we are again with Oscar V what a solid race from you was starting P4 an amazing start and finally we can I’m glad that we are here on the podium after a really unlucky weekend last week

Yeah uh it’s good like uh for me as a driver to have like quite a solid race like this starting fourth and having yeah as you said I had a good start I went to seconds and uh unfortunately the leader was too fast I tried to keep up

With him um by but not push too much and uh he did a really good job he didn’t do he didn’t do any mistakes uh I me me neither really but I need to find a few tents just to uh so I can close the gap

Next time but no but P2 is good I’m happy with P2 uh obviously you know P1 would have been better but after the unfortunate weekend we had last time it’s good to get some solid points uh on the on the board so a really good job

And then in the end this weekend is still long we still have three races to go so how will you manage the next races uh well this race I was trying uh obviously obviously I wanted to get the the wins I wanted to catch up to him but

I didn’t want to use the tires too much uh because I think cuz because we have four races that’s a big factor the tire wear um so I think probably the driver who can manage to tie is the best will come out on top this weekend congratulations Asar good

Job so I will say a very technical very wise analysis from Oscar absolutely um we had talked about it and uh I think uh it did well in managing the tars in the right way and it’s good to hear from him that uh the drop he had at the end was

Just uh managing the tires so so let’s hear what the leader has to say suan zamari and here we are with the winner of the race suan zamari well I would say so far a perfect weekend for you you were super fast in the race a great for

Position I mean you made it look so easy from the outside could you just tell us how was from the inside uh well from the inside let’s say uh the goal was to get a great start which I did in inde did then try to manage the pace keep us

Pushing as much as possible avoid track limits which was really crucial was critical so I had to manage my Tas take care of them needed when it was needed to push cool them a little bit but I managed that very well properly so I’m very happy to I would like to thank

Everybody that has worked with me here to arrive here that far tomorrow is another day on reverse grid main goal to attack do the maximum and race four the goal is to win and and that’s the UL ultimate goal and we never give up your PR was really fast from the very

Beginning after a bit were you really managing the tire looked like you were still pushing from the beginning up to the end well at the middle of the race the T deck started to come into life so I took the I managed the TS the the life

Because I could see that especially on sector two and last sector the tests were really gone so I took them so when when I re attack then it was perfect and and that that’s how we did it okay so really good job suan and go enjoy the

Podium so really happy guy today suan Zari and he and he should be because he did everything perfect he did everything he could he started that we can um on top of the championship standing and now is trying to do its best to maintain the lead of the championship

So good win for him good Pace he had a very good Pace starting from Pole Position he had uh an perfect start and uh we will actually see how it went for him maintaining the lead and Oscar W had a fantastic star went up to P2 while

Andre Petrovic from P3 he were as able to keep the the the podium while amda he had to work hard she had to work hard in order to overtake Omar Alan and she made it into turn two good move from her Omar tried and stay with her and uh catch

This group uh fighting for the third place they did they were really really fast they caught the group but they weren’t quite able to to improve their positions here we see the fight for the podium and finally the winner zamari really happy really motivated and great start uh for him this

Weekend uh yeah I mean we have seen a clean race this is because all the drivers they are now very close to their limits and they were able to pull a very clean qualifying we’ve seen a qualifying with many fast laps and no yellow flags

No red flags and uh not so many uh track limits and uh we also have seen a very clean clean race with no contact starting from the beginning of the race we can see again what happens so we see everybody uh that is lining up on the

Grid so then all the um starting procedure lights are going up so this is the replay of the first la we have on our left zamari that has an amazing start but then on the uh right we see WS able to go up to P2 what a

Star from Oscar ws and then he maintained the second place in third Andre Petrovic very close to him Saker amoser the first lap Saker was really close trying to overtake him Federico refi right behind and kusov defending on Omar Dean so zamari you see already

Having quite of a big lead and then Omar Dean trying to stick on the outside on Kil kov but Kil then add the inside for the shik after then Omar again the inside so Omar for a moment was in front of kirov and zamari then in the meantime he

Took advantage of his starting position to pull a gap and he was already able to have uh more or less a second of a gap at the very first lap this that gave him the opportunity to put his head down and uh make his space without looking too

Much in the mirrors and he was able to pull away a little bit while Oscar Woods did a similar thing in pulling away a bit of a gap to the third finisher Andre Petrovic and uh after that we have seen a fight behind Petrovic with Sak MOSI

And fedo RI trying to um gain a Podium finish position but we also hear from race direction that we got track limits penalties for car 23 kirkov and uh amda Al kuazi 5 Seconds as well and 96 uh which is Jabor Alani so that means that uh

Omar alderan moves up two places so Omar alderan moves up to P6 with the with the uh in p7 kov and p8 amda alesi so both kov and alues they are going to lose one position and again we see the start from uh the Dron so very slow start for Kil

Unfortunately we will have to review and see what went wrong with that start and we see that Almo Sheri was able to overtake him in the inside of turn one and then go up to P4 and then federo arifi was able to overtake also kutco

From the outside in turn 1A and then uh the group goes from uh turn one a to turn turn two and uh then uh luckily we had um a very clean first lap and uh finally we will see now the top three finishers on the

Podium and now uh we will go to the the podium shortly and again suan zamari the winner of today Oscar wz in second Andre Petrovic in third and finally we will see them on the podium with also the different classification of the rookies as well and in second position driving the

White number 11 for Austria we have our Ws and in first position taking the top step of the podium the orange number 52 driving for Morocco Solon [Applause] Z and now please may I call for the first place Trophy presentation by Mr Peter Thompson [Applause] and if you would please the second place Trophy and of course the third place trophy
