Baku Shipyard is a part of the industrial ecosystem of the country and it plays important role in development of uh the country itself the subi works for the shenis project Phase 2 was completed and accomplished by kanand vessel that was constructed in Baku Shipyard this project is exporting the natural gas to the European market today when I arrived in Baku Shipyard we set three critical kpis first kpi is to improve the production process by using the technology to eliminate the bottlenecks we use the Advanced Machinery to record the data and analyze the issues for example we use the augmented welding it helps us to record the data to provide the efficiency during the welding process and the third most important is the safety of our employees during the training process second kpi is the upskilling the workers and to improve their efficiency and proficiency we cooperate with the local universities like the state Technical University Ada University and also the vacational schools third kpi is going green and now shpr is indeed going green the internal Transportation within the shipyard is the bicycle we also work on installation of the solar panels on the top of our facilities for creating the autonomous Energy System within the plant we also have a great water treatment system and uh the neighboring plants are also connected to our system because it has proved its efficiency and one of the M main important components is the R&D research and development this is a focal team focused on human vessel interfaces using the smart sensors to be installed on ships and they are also using the detailed design programs for in-house engineering the labor force technology and the facility they’re interconnected you have to develop them simultaneously to reach the the kpis that you have set Baku Shipyard is in heavy industry not only by its physical presence but also heavy industry because of the complicated uh components running the shipyard is not the oneman show it’s a teamwork we achieve and uh will achieve the goals together with a team we have a fantastic team here uh Team of Engineers team of workers team of support and together with this team we can achieve the goals we [Music] set but
