This particular car makes some kind of a very strange "cutting" noise when accelerating in the first and second, but not during tire slip, but afterwards, very strange and not particularly good sounding, easily to notice in the first few segments where it is accelerating uo to 200, especially in third and fourth when it reaches between 7 and 8k

As a huge BMW M fan, and owner of an OG M2, I should love the E92 M3.
I just never really did. I actually prefer a straight 6, and the E92 seemed to be significantly heavier than the E46, and not really quite as sweet handling.
I knew somebody who bought one for £14,000 and I was impressed at that price, even went as far to say it was a bargain. But a year later his engine ate itself, and he paid £13,000 to have the block stripped down and rebuilt.
I don't know what it is about these, I had an E91 touring and thought it was a decent car, but the E92 never set my world alight.

That Skoda almost ended the review.

What an engine that was, wonderful sound great induction roar, miss my old ones, had an early manual on 18" stripper spec and then a frozen silver edition CP DCT, the later car was the better version as they had sorted the slight flat spot out and the DCT suited the engine better.
