how it is now so is it nice it’s quite yeah it’s quite a rainy and really bad weather but uh I’m very happy because uh I’m you know working on the new album and uh we’re currently working very hard to ship uh all the merchandise and pack the stuff in fact in as soon as we are done here the our guitar player is coming to help with packages and stuff yeah very good and uh you guys have five albums in seven years that’s very rare for a band to be so productive and inspired you know how how where do you guys get all that inspiration from um well I would say uh we are actually uh I mean that’s pretty hard to to to explain if I mean because for me it’s pretty natural you know to write songs I mean uh you have got a lot of people that found bands whose goal is always to play live as much as they can they want to be guitar players they want to be singers they want to be you know on stage yeah for me it was all about being a songwriter I mean that’s always been my main goal and so I’m just writing all the time I mean I have no real explanation for this um about the albums I would say I usually write each album as a whole so I never write songs separately separately sorry or or um you know I never found myself in that situation where you have got you know like half the album done and you are like okay I missed just another song I miss just the final song No I always write all together so I’m very quick about that because um I just have the album idea the concept which comes together with the album cover idea too yeah and uh all the songs Just are born in the same time then it’s all a matter of Arrangements you know yeah how long does it take normally for you to finish an album um H I would say if you think about it you know uh I mean to take all the ideas gathered around and to make them become songs it could also take less than a month actually uh because uh as I said uh I mean if you have got a strong idea in your mind and it’s all a matter of Arrangements you know yeah usually one month this time we just took uh more time because we could we had time actually and also because I wanted this time for the first time to involve all the band members in the recordings uh so everybody had got his own his or her own space you know to record solos uh and stuff so yes that’s I would say one month yeah yeah well there’s not I’m sure there’s a lot of bands that they wish they could be that productive writing yeah maybe maybe maybe you know they got different goals you know yeah it is just uh yeah and uh you know the title warart is um it’s it’s a tribute to Children of botom the other song with that name were you a fan of children of botom absolutely absolutely yes um uh I would say that uh to me I mean the children of botom were actually the first metal band I ever listened in my in my entire life um because um you know when I was a kid I started listening to rock music with kiss which somehow introduced me to Hard Rock but I never listened to heavy metal uh until the time where I listened to the first song from the first album which was something wild song was dead night Warrior and I just fell in love with that band also because I was uh really young back then and they were also Young when they came out you know so it was easier for me to relate you know because all my friends were listening to old people you know like ma or motohead or you know old people B and I just found those young guys you know and I said okay I love this attitude because they children of BM also sound always sounded and looked like they were having a lot of fun they were having the time of their lives you know yeah so that’s mostly the approach we share in common yeah yeah and uh you know I remember seeing children of bottom a few times it was always fun to watch them and you know the music they made it was always you know always very very good and you know original in a way as well so you know I kind of missed I kind of miss those kind of bands really yeah yeah absolutely you know and uh you know with an album you guys are going to on the road you guys are ready for the to Camelot are you guys looking forward to that absolutely we’re looking forward to that we didn’t have time to realize that yeah because uh uh we have been so busy you know and uh lat also we just came from um you know us from prop power our first time in us then just had couple of uh you know headlining shows around Europe uh like Roma Romania Spain Italy again so I mean we have been traveling and at the same time we’ve been having all this order coming so a lot of people also writing on the email you know customer service it’s it’s you know it’s a full-time job I mean you you know that yeah and uh it’s been really busy so we are working on the preparations for the tour but uh it’s it seems like it’s going to come too early you know we’re not prepared but we are going to be prepared yeah eventually how was prop power in the US how did it go that it was yeah yeah yeah it was amazing um we played basically um as the opener of of the last night and of course you know as an opener you’re not usually imagining that kind of uh warmth from the crowd but instead everybody was there just waiting for us you know because yeah that was our first time ever in in us after the show I mean the show was amazing the crowd reaction was amazing and uh we just had like two hours um two hour long meet and greet with fans because there were too many people that wanted a sign a photo and stuff so it was great absolutely great amazing and yeah yeah and you know going back to the records lyrically what you get inspiration from I know one of the songs uh it’s Inspire on The Islander the movie um what else does inspire you normally to write anything and everything anything and everything absolutely yes because uh you know every time someone ask me uh which is the last song you listen to no uh I always reply probably some commercial song or probably some you know um TV series song or some YouTube uh advertising yeah because yes everything we listen to is actually an inspiration of course Al maybe not necessarily uh uh explicitly but implicitly you know you gather everything all the information there uh I would say you know lyrically uh we are really I mean big fans of a lot of Medias now we have I mean I uh for me this is pretty hard because everybody asked so are you guys nerds if you ask me I mean you have got baby Yoda there which is which also also so Jade has got this you know uh here and we have got you know Spyro and uh and Yosi as well so the fact is you know name me one person that is not into TV shows or movies or Comics or video games everybody is into that I mean so everybody is technically a nerd maybe yeah you have got some gym people that only go to gym and and that’s it but I mean I mean I don’t uh so yes we are really into everything I mean Jade our singer is strongly influenced by Tolan yeah uh her favorite book is actually the sil marilon not not the main Lord of the Ring one and um also George R Martin how is it that called like the Game of Thrones yeah I’m more into yeah Star Wars and uh mostly into sword and sorcery so con and the Barbarian first of all Robert E aard of course um that kind of of um scenarios you know that kind of those kind of characters so that also means that I’m also into those kind of music that are really somehow dragging inspiration from that maybe not but for example I can see a lot of K and the Barbarian in the first Celtic Frost albums for example yeah you know uh songs like circle of the tyrants I think I stole pretty much all the lyrics from them and put them every every you know uh you know crowns of gold sordes of Steel power you know Kings everything you know all that kind of you know brutal epic is into our lyrics absolutely yes yeah it’s it’s pretty metal you know that kind of universe it’s it is metal anyway and uh you know was there any when it comes to the set list you guys are going to do obviously you guys are not the main band I mean you not with Camelot you guys are going to be a support band uh set listwise are you guys going to focus on the new record more it’s going to be a bit of everything you guys have any idea yet um yeah uh yes we are already made our set list and uh our set list is actually going to um show a taste I mean a little taste of of our entire discography because of course we expect to find some old friends in the in the crowd of course but also um a lot of people that maybe never heard about us yeah so of course um we wouldn’t like to actually focus on the last album but just to give a touch of everything and then of course we are working on shows in the future where we will be able to play our entire discography and stuff I mean not not the entirey because it would take hours more songs yeah yeah you know what I mean yeah uh no no that’s funny because uh when we played in Japan we uh first time we played like our entire discography except for two songs okay so I mean because yeah they want us to play a lot there uh but still you know now we are in a in a in a of course in a situation where you know where we even if we had two hour long show we would going to be you know to cut a lot of songs and so um that’s going to be harder probably to have I mean two hour I mean if you play u a shorter set list like this time maybe it’s easier to identify just the you know the classic songs the ones that people know the best yeah what are the songs normally that people react the best when you play what are normally the those that you leave for the end that you know people really enjoy listening it’s what what are the songs what are the songs normally that you leave for the end that people will react the best to oh okay okay okay what you consider the classic ones yeah yeah you know um I mean uh there’s this song uh I am the Tyrant that is um um of course ironically our only slow song actually but it’s working very well live uh I’m also you know also you know I’m singing that so I’m doing the you know the heavy metal guy voice you know like and um so everybody is more I’m more you know our singer is more you know delicate and uh you know I am more like you know yeah maybe I I don’t know how to explain I’m I’m Raw yeah and that’s that’s uh really funny for people and uh I think we are never going to put away from our set list the far beyond song because that song which is our first single from our third album winter ban it’s always the song everybody is taking photos on just because we have got this three guitar um harmonization stuff where we are also you know visually we we play all together you know so that’s quite a choreography of you know everybody’s and everybody is always taking pictures I mean uh all the times we see pictures from a show you have got some random pics you know our singer base player and then far beyond far beyond far beyond everybody is taking pictures there you know uh it’s like that it’s just a song that works well live I suppose yeah yeah cool and uh you know after this tour with Camelot for next year what are the plans touring wise uh Europe United States festivals you guys have any idea what’s going to happen well we have a little idea of course I cannot tell anything here because they’re going to kill me but uh okay I can tell that uh maybe and I say maybe fans that uh are willing to see a headlining show show from us since a very long time maybe they could be happy okay um of course I can also tell you that traveling um you know in Europe for us of course it’s much you know it’s easier uh and also let’s say there’s U of course you know the the biggest market so everything is more you know is is better con has got better connections you know so to speak so um yeah that’s absolutely something that uh that’s going to to to happen for what concerns the us or you know other countries you know outside of Europe that’s going to be harder but we’re of course working on all of that yeah let’s hope our agent can find something yeah and the summer festivals next year you guys have you going to play them you plan to play them uh I guess something here and there I’m not uh I have to confess that I’m not uh right at the moment really uh in I mean I read something on the email from our agent but uh you know right now I’m so focused on all these things that are happening that uh I have to check better yeah but we’re going to play some yeah and uh you know as you said you’re you know constantly writing you guys have already ideas for future records um I would say no because um uh this has been really intense I mean uh if we usually um I mean took the right amount of time to actually record our our previous albums this albums was really uh from us from all of us taken like it if it was the last one you know I mean we put really everything into that uh like we had just one shot you know so to speak um so right now I feel like I can say like empty you know I have no idea I mean I’m leing the the moment I’m leaving the present you know of of War Hearts yeah then we will see oh no I know you might watch something on TV that will inspire you and then that’s it that’s always always like that yeah always yeah and you know for those you know I was as I said earlier I was in Italy for for nine days I I was in Bologna Florence and Sienna um for me I led Sienna Sienna was pretty amazing I I was in the city like in the city center it was absolutely fantastic Florence Florence was amazing but to many people I don’t like places with too many people but bolog bologna was really nice as well different was more of a city but Sienna was for me a highlight absolutely you know I can’t relate I mean you could even imagine how much I love Sienna uh both for you know personal reasons you know I’ve been there several times but also because I prefer this kind of small towns and then Sienna it’s also has got that part where it’s it’s always uh going up you know it’s not perfectly um flat plain I would say yeah flat and um it’s still looking like an ancient Town compared to well bologna I have to admit uh I’m not a fan yeah uh it’s very it’s very Urban I say yeah it’s more of a city yeah than yeah it’s more of a city yeah uh of course food is fantastic people are fantastic everything but yeah Florence I love that City but yes I’m not into those kind of places that everybody every tourist goes into yeah I’m I’m a fan of those small villages and still still Sienna is quite popular actually yeah but yeah but was nice and you yeah what I was going to I was going to ask because for me the the food was pretty amazing but yes if someone goes to to to Italy what would you advise to try and I’m not talking about bolog or anything like that what is like a hidden or a secret Italian Dish that you ask or would tell people to try well the most secret Italian Dish uh I would uh propose people to try is uh actually the it’s a kind of pizza but it’s I mean it’s not traditional Pizza it’s more like a mixture like between fuka or something I don’t know if you ever listen yeah and it’s from Pula from where I am from okay uh but a specific City specific place that’s the best thing in the entire world you have got this uh Pizza which is very crunchy but uh soft inside uh it’s like this it’s very I mean I I I have to send you a photo and you have got these tomatoes that are really so cooked so much that they become to get almost bruised you know almost black somehow uh so that’s amazing but it’s a totally different category I mean it’s a totally different way from pizza and all that kind of stuff and then I have this uh kind of uh you know how can I say uh I mean any Italian guy will tell you the best play to eat is not a restaurant but it’s his grandmother house yeah or or maybe his mother house whatever I mean uh because first thing I could uh advise you to not do is to go in places that I’ve got photos of food if a place I got photos of food that’s not good yeah if you go in Venice 90% of the stuff is going to suck because it’s made for tourists and it’s literally [ __ ] I would say if you happen to go to places like uh Umbria or which is a region or abuto for example and if you happen to go to the city of Goo I don’t know if you ever heard about that no but I’ll take note of that yeah I will I will then send you a picture I mean goo is that is exactly I mean if you love The Sienna guo is just slightly less popular but every single place you go eating it’s amazing amazing amazing amazing anything I mean you can go randomly and just amazing and it’s all that kind of stuff you know where you eat that kind of stuff like uh you know simple stuff like uh for example cold cuts how do you call them like you know salami or I I love you know that was one of the things that I was surprised is when you get like an ativo you had you had to you could order the cold cuts as well and I was like you know this is [ __ ] amazing you know like I’m not a drink I don’t drink but you know I did when I was in Italy for because you know I just couldn’t I had to I had to you know I know I I eat yeah I usually eat because I want to I I usually drink because I want to eat the apparao stuff yeah the same yeah and you know when we were in Bologna we stay in the Airbnb actually and there there was a coffee just beside it and the people from the coffee were from puula actually and uh we were talking we were talking to them and so we would just you know make a conversation and they explain that the sun went to bolog because of the wife but then the wife left so the parents came to Bong to help the Sun and they have that little cafe and you know absolutely lovely people and they had the pre as well it was you know great I loved it yeah it’s always a classic yeah and next year I’m you know it was my first time in Italy actually so next year we’re going again and we might do you know as you said you mentioned those places and those regions we might explore that because I want to get away from Rome mil I don’t want any of that you know I don’t it’s I know they have Cathedrals it’s lovely but I want the more medieval stuff the smaller places goo goo I mean it’s it’s not my it’s not my hometown so I’m not bed you know uh I’m just being fair you know but anyway my my my town in pul which if you go you have to tell me because if you happen to go there unless I’m there for um meeting my parents I promise you here that I’m having my mother to actually bring you some pizza so I I’ll message you on on Instagram and if I go there and absolutely so my town is called manfredonia and if you uh look for that it’s also a very beautiful place because you have got the castle of uh ran Freddy actually federo seia I don’t know how you call that but that excuse me because I’m really are you from Spain I’m from Portugal Pro Portugal okay okay sorry sorry for that you know because H I’m I was not informed yeah so okay so you of course understand what I’m yeah I mean yeah yeah yes but still I’m going to write so okay I’ll send you I’ll send that I haven’t been to a country and just enjoy proper holidays because normally I go to a a city to go to see a concert stay there a couple nights and then I come back but this time I wanted a proper holiday and because your train system works well you know most of the time you know it’s it connects to every everywhere you know we take a train and and you know it’s for you know I flew to balong and then we just took trains to Florence and to Sienna it was yeah yeah yeah it was great like in Portugal you don’t do that much but I really enjoyed I’ll I’ll message you anyway and I’ll ask for
