      At the end of the decade, every new car will cost 100k and will be built full of plastic.
      Never buying a piece of shit like that. Definitely I still prefer a beauty of the early 2000s or 2010s.

      All these primadonna complaints about the Mach 8 and I've had mine since September and I luv it and can't think of one thing bad about it. People just like to hear themselves whine I guess. 🤔

      Wheel nuts are plastic covers…think you know that and were being sarcastic…😂i have a mk6 r murdered out with the best wheels taledagas and am so glad because i feel its just before chucking electronics in cars is all manufactors can do and ive already updated my car with extra usb plugs etc and will probably do an android touch screen stereo soon which is all i need

      I have an mk8 and i would not want to switch… That Steering wheel is ugly, that screen is bad and ugly and those ugly buttons are not even Sporty. Ill stick with my touch buttons🤣

      The average salary in Germany is 52K, how will people afford a car as small as this at 62k? Even if you earn 100K , you still should not buy a vehicle 60% of your gross salary.
      Insane prices.

      Actually you have more control on these cars. Shifting manually means increased attention on operating the car instead of just focusing on driving the car which means controlling the dynamics of the car but i get the involvement part. You want to do more, you want to make sure that what the car does it`s from your own command. Maybe the world is slipping beneath us and subconsciously we crave more control. I`d be more concerned with the user data collection and privacy infringing that the modern cars are doing. It`s a far more important thing.

      ein schönes auto, aber VW´s preispolitik lässt es einfach nicht mehr zu, das man sich sowas kaufen kann, oder möchte. 60k€ + oder ein monatliches leasing 1100€ + für ein Golf ist einfach zuviel des guten.

      Say for example if this car was 60k NZD would everyone prefer to spend an extra 5k to remove alot of the cost saving stuff for ease of life improvements such as the touchscreen or processor running it/software etc? along with buttons etc? If im spending 60k id rather spend an extra 5k to know that im not gonna be annoyed by a brand new performance hatch

      As someone thats about to buy a mk7 originally mk6 heres my thoughts on the looks. Mk6 sometimes look best when done right but mk7 looks best all round. Mk8 looks best at the front but the rear looks like TSI. Best looking GTI honestly is the mk7
