Kimi Raikkonen was at his angriest during those Alfa Romeo days because the team overall was just that terrible. Look at the success that his former Alfa Romeo teammate Antonio Giovinazzi is currently experiencing at WEC. It's because the team is just better overall.
I think Raikkonen could have still pulled off incredible drives (as his lap of the gods at 2020 showed) but he just couldn't care because of the team he was in.
