      Why on Earth is there a screen on the passenger side? This is instantaneously the main reason to not buy this car if it can't be deleted. The first manufacturer to realise that most grown-up customers can't bear sitting in a car that looks like a Comet sales display after an earthquake will sell more cars than Comet sells cheap tellies.

      Buttons and knobs – though now only used by backwards types who want to return to a world where steam powered all trains, cars and computers, and humans were not yet dumber than their telephones – are much nicer, simpler and safer to use for main functions (especially air and sound settings), as the driver can locate and operate them by touch alone and keep his eyes on the televisions plastered everywhere.

      I've never heard of Michaela the Excellent Racing Driver, but I'm sure that she's excellent and probably the best in any racing category entered.

      Supreme work is done by Audi department bosses in making all of the correct choices – apart from the crumby screens glued to every available surface like plaque build-up.

      Omg, make just one big screen instead of dash itself, and instead of steering people will have haptic feedback buttons. Seriously though, looks shitty in terms of design, totally crap to use while driving and I bet it lags in cold temperatures. This interior is 0 creativity and taste and all about gimmicks.

      Not gonna lie, the whole time, i just thought, damn an xDrive car would have been more fun…

      The amount of times, he had to steer into a drift just to hold it, while a system like xDrive would just stay rwd and hold a drift with normal steering

      I like this new S5, it have very nice aggressive lauches and more rear bias than the last gen.
      The downside is the weight tho, throw out the mild hybrid system and it will lose 200kg of that mass and will be even better.

      To drift 4×4 you need to give a lot more angle and use more throttle to prolonge the drift. You'll get there. But it clearly shows you are an autobahn driver 🙂

      Audi Ice Driving Experience is so much fun. This year, it will be my 15th time or so. I'm off in 3 weeks' time but I'm doing it Norway.
