I heard about this 4 yrs ago! Stopping farms producing food to make this very thing happen! All going to plan. This is happening all over. Food shortages are part of the bigger picture, which is to control EVERY aspect of the populations existence. The PlanDemic 4 years ago was part of that agenda. Frighteningly, humans are not too bright and won't understand what's really going on until the infrastructure that will facilitate that control is up, running and slapping them to their senses, which, by then, would be far too late.
