[Music] from the summer of 2020 we’ve been uh growing working with uh various uh organizations uh mainly in Tech sector and some government bodies and partnered up uh with other organizations such as villus University who became investor and co-owner of uh M letic uh then we also got licensed by K Len uh University in Belgium who are providing us um their burnout assessment tool access so we can analyze uh uh burnout um risk in organizations there and prevent the costs uh for organizations and we also partnered up with MIT where they are uh sending their students to have internships with us on the yearly basis some organizations are counting half a year of salary uh for the personal loss to burnout because uh not only that you have to offboard a person but hire a new person on boarding the new person and it it costs a lot per 100 employees we approximately save 58 hours of manager time because instead of coming with with heavy situations to managers they actually resolve that with us reflecting using our tools uh joining our anonymous groups working with our psychologists Etc while seeing our data we see that uh even after 6 weeks people who work on themselves and reflect they tend to respond to Trigg triggering heavy situations more constructively meaning that they’re no longer triggered so much and they have bigger resilience for difficult situations there
