      This is so beautiful ♥ It actually brought me to tears because I really needed to hear this. Seeing how far all these women have come, from a place where they didn't even know it was possible, gives me so much hope for myself to go just as far. Thank you to the Mclaren team and all these incredible women for this<3

      This is so amazing. I am a software engineer myself who grew up watching f1. And yes, I still dream to be a part of F1 team some day, I know I am getting older by the day but this has been my dream since I was a child. I still carry that dream with pride. I will keep working towards it, one day, maybe one day I'd be there. This video gave me even more hope. Shout out to all the women in STEM.

      Nice to see a proper women crew. I'd say they'll be a lot better men equivalent not overnight but very soon enough! Other, certain women team I heard have been from a "fantasy world" but THIS is or at least be THE REAL DEAL! Or I surely hope it will be.

      I am a 60 year old man with an engineering degree and, more relevant, an 11 year old daughter who sometimes feels she is not 'good enough', whatever that means. This video made me tear up. I sat down and watched it with her. I think positive and relatable messages like in this video have the ability to be hugely empowering. Well done McLaren for making and posting this video.

      This made me cry
      In fact I still have tears in my eyes
      These girls inspire many of us girls to fulfill our dream of working in F1 or in some motorsport category.
      That we never have to give up on our dreams even if we have obstacles along the way.
      Now every day I will go to YouTube to watch this video, to remember that if I can and because I know that many girls will make it there ❤❤❤

      I loved this video, thank you! Great women, all of them. I smiled the whole time watching this. My daughter is on her way to study engineering soon and you are all great role models. I wish you all the best and would love to see much more of the woman and men in the team we don't get to see track side.

      I am now 18 years old, finished with high school and am hopefully gonna start studying veterinary medicine this september (if I pass the entrace exam that is in two weeks) but figuring out what I wanna do in my life has been hard because there are so many things I am intrested in and passionate about, like is there a way how I can combine biology, chemistry, physics, animals, airplanes and racecars into my life? 😅 I haven't really found a definitive answer yet, but hearing from other women how they found their passions and that you can make mistakes and don't have to know everything from the get go is very encouraging, empowering and motivating.🫶🏼
