And the vanilla. Beat with a mixer on the maximum speed for 8 minutes, until it becomes a very fluffy cream. After the time, reduce the machine’s speed to the minimum and gradually add the flour mixture with chocolate and the melted butter. Beat a little more just until the batter is well mixed.
Place the batter in the pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and let it bake for 40 minutes. After the time, remove and unmold the cake onto a wire rack. Let the cake cool. Meanwhile, make the cream. In a saucepan, put the condensed milk, the bechamel sauce the egg yolks
And the vanilla extract. Stir with a spoon and finally, mix in the 80 g of grated dried coconut. Heat this on low heat and stir until the cream thickens, without boiling. Remove from the heat and stir occasionally until the cream cools down.
Once the cake and cream are cool, cut the cake in half. Place one of the halves on a serving plate and cover it with half of the filling. Spread it evenly and place the other half of the cake on top. Cover the cake with the remaining filling.
