Rockets Electric vehicles (rovers) Solar panels and batteries for energy production and storage robots to set up the base before humans even get there I think the only thing he hasn’t done is mining, which is crucial to a self sustaining Lunar or Martian colony, but I’m guessing he just doesn’t have the time or resources and would rather outsource that.
