      This is the main reason those screen hero's get laughed at. In the real world they go through some of the most rigorous training there is, add extreme diet/weight parameters, never ending PR commitments, get to drive fast occasionally.

      0:10 said the man who failed to qualify… btw the best way to train is… to drive. There s no fitness machine that can replicate the total effort need driving a competitive car.

      I noticed. I am concious about this. I am 188 cm and ~107 kg and Im letting my muscles to sort it out bcs when Im pushing it I have very uncomfortable and sharp pain, sometimes I feel like crying bcs of it. Sometimes I wake up sore and spent so everyday stuff happens.
      When I telemarked I felt pressure building behind restriction in my thighs, I had to stop and go… not muscle sore. I did squats with heavy weight bcs of it.
      Thank you for carying, it's cool you know about this… I think it's interesting case.
